Easter lunch is a happy
occasion to which
continue
… It begins with hard boiled eggs, which children still enjoy dying,
and it finishes with savory and sweet cakes, a great virtue of Italian cuisine.
It’s spring, the season of a new harvest of fave beans, peas and artichokes,
and nature tells us to eat, drink and enjoy ourselves.
If it weren’t for the thousands of baby goats being killed, it would
be a true day to celebrate peace.
