possible to speak of a single Chinese cuisine, as China is a continent with
a vast variety of traditions and climates, the same is true of Italy, given

and traditions.
Italian regions, provinces, cities and counties have been in conflict over
the centuries, more often than not resulting in blood baths, or at least profound
incomprehension (a famous example of this being the tale of Romeo and Juliet).
In any case, food and its preparation have always represented, for these groups,
a solid reference to their specific origins, and their differences from, and
perhaps superiority over, the "other".
The most important objective of Eat Eat Hurrah is to propose the broadest
possible variety of Italian regional cooking, as well as provincial, city,
county, family, etc.
We believe in the importance of uncovering the cultural roots of the national
cuisine and intend to give this sector the attention it deserves, by providing
information on restaurants, markets and places where regional specialties
from time to time reach their zenith.
