Recipes for dogs | "Dog" dumplings in vegetable broth

ingredients
dry bread
milk
one egg
ground chicken breast
carrot
zucchini
beet greens
olive oil
salt

preparation Soak the dried bread in milk, squeeze and set aside. Prepare a vegetable broth with the washed and chopped vegetables. Combine the ground meat with egg, a pinch of salt and the bread. With the resulting mixture, form small balls and cook them in simmering broth, over moderate heat, for about 5 minutes, being careful not to overcook them until they fall apart.
Remove dumplings with a slotted spoon and allow them to cool. Serve with a few drops of olive oil dribbled on top.
