ingredients
1 cod fish filet
milk
1 egg
Salt
preparation
Clean and carefully bone
the cod fish. Cover with milk in a nonstick pan and cook over a low flame
until creamy. Salt lightly and cool. In a small saucepan, boil the egg, cool
under cold running water and peel it. Serve the fish in its creamy sauce and
cover it all with the crumbled egg yolk.
