To run over use the arrows.
Dear Aires friends,
you do love to eat, oh how you love it. Aires love simplicity, but quality,
loving the unusual and exotic, and often, strong and very spicy flavors.
Adventurous, world travelers that you are (or would like to be) you easily
get used to new and unknown tastes, the tastes youre willing to
put on the table and serve to your, sometimes disconcerted, guests. Entertaining
is a pleasure and is informal. You set a simple yet elegant table and
you know how to make your guests comfortable. With your charm and warmth
that, in your own way, you transmit to your guests, often serving a lovely
pasta dish, which you too love, or fish (which you are crazy about), with
flavored sauces. The other side of your character is stubborn and slightly
reserved, with a strong sense of leadership. Sometimes fiery outbursts
over nothing can put sensitive guests a bit ill at ease, those who may
value the form more than the substance of friendship.
But very soon things calm down, everythings resolved and hes
your friend forever (you just have to know how to handle the Airies).
In the kitchen, Aires is always Aires, passionate, determined, wanting
to impress, therefore aiming to become a good cook, even if only an amateur,
always being sure to succeed and it will be impossible to make them change
their minds even if the meal should turn out less than expected.
But Aires, the fire sign, finds the kitchen a natural breeding ground,
the heat, the steam, the odors, in other words, a kingdom
made to order just for him. As a chef, we have said, at the risk is of
being good, if not great, the more complicated and difficult, the better.
There is a notable difference, however, between the Aires at the dining
table and the one in the kitchen. The latter is preferable given the capacity
for scrupulousness when it comes to wishing to excel in everything to
do with great culinary preparation. Fiery, in every sense of the word,
and particularly good at preparing small, intimate dinners for two where,
before, during and
after, the guest will never be bored. On the
contrary, if you arent ready and willing to spend a heated evening,
in every sense of the word, perhaps youd be better off suggesting
to your Aires friend that the two of you go out for a pizza!
