To run over use the arrows.
Dear Cancer friends,
you are romantic and lunatic (influenced by the moon) and you are masters
at candlelit dinners, with your sensitivity, your infinite ability to
project love and attention all around you. You are the ideal partner for
a tête a tête. Cancer isnt comfortable in crowded and
noisy situations, when you cant communicate your delicate channels
of intuition and refined intellect. You go under a dark cloud, quickly
becoming shy and enigmatic, isolated in an intellectual ivory tower from
which you do not lower yourself to mingle with the banal and superficial
crowd.
Cancer has a difficult rapport with his own character, at times moody,
and this is carried over to the table where a hypersensitivity, also gastric,
compels him (lucky Cancer) to eat lightly, but not, however, overlooking
more refined dishes, and intellectually complex and tempting.
If youve invited a Cancer to dinner make sure the invitations includes
interesting table companions, those good at carrying on interesting conversation,
possibly in low voices, and remember to take care that every detail of
the evening is well thought out, the lighting, table setting, a simple
menu based on fish, for example, but refined and elegant. You will have
the most elegant, sensitive, measured guest, certainly appreciative of
the atmosphere youve created .
But if you are lucky enough to be a guest of a he or she Cancer, it will
be this Cancer friend who will express the best of everything for you.
With Cancers inborn protective instinct, the ultimate dinner will
be prepared with care and affection where every guest, every intonation
of your voice, will be weighed, analyzed and filtered through the almost
maniacal sensitivity of this sign which will instinctively blend together
with the atmosphere which you yourself have created. Better not to try
to pull the wool over the eyes of a Cancer, but be clear and
open, as he could be, first of all, offended but then, on second thought,
it may be that he could see into your thoughts and, in fact, agreeing
with you.
Cancers are generally good in the kitchen, or we could say that there
is a bit of instinctive chef within. When he decides to cook, the sensitivity
and innate refinement will certainly produce great results. For example,
many chefs of the nouvelle cuisine, with its particular style in preparation,
the meager quantities of food served, the refinement in presentation,
the colors and composition, could all very well be done by a Cancer. Lastly,
the sensitivity, the changeable character and skittishness of this sign
correspond with the image (a bit stereotyped, but true) that everyone
of us has of the great chef, at times a primadonna, who, when offended
for the most insignificant reason is apt to throw a tantrum but, when
handled in the right way will be the most caring and sensitive person.
Cancer friends, we do not wish you buon appetito, rather good
moon which determines, as in other aspects of your life, a good
relationship with good food.
P.S. Cancer can be greedy, especially when it comes to deserts!
