Dear Leo friends,
first of all, a big roar of welcome to you. What’s for dinner tonight? If it’s a lot, good, if it’s too much, better! What are you cooking tonight? Naturally, who knows recipes better than you do, methods of preparation, the organoleptic of every single ingredient? In other words, our Leo friends are among the very few who eat with that true appetite that they have, not only because they have a real and healthy good appetite, but above all because they are certain to have realized the best possible meal (a bit of presumption is in the chromosomes of the everyone under the sign of Leo!).
There has always been a certain affinity between the Leo and food, given the basic characteristics of the sign, sanguineous, generous and enthusiastic, ignorant to cholesterol in the blood and politically correct at the table. The Leo will eat just about anything that is edible and…even more.
Having a Leo as a guest is always a pleasure. You can talk about anything and everything and be responded to with enthusiasm, especially if the subject is food, having a natural disposition and curiosity as well a far from being easily satisfied stomach.
Be careful though, don’t take the Leo’s appetite for granted. On the contrary, Leo loves an elegant table, elaborate preparation and, above all, variety; plenty of everything, unusual and exotic flavors, out of the ordinary dishes; this would be Leo’s favorite meal.
On the other hand, being just the opposite of the same behavior, Leo possesses a series of idiosyncrasies when it comes to food, often believing that the preparation of a certain dish that he, himself does in a certain way, is convinced that this is the only way possible to do it. He will express strong resistance, with great shrug of his lion’s mane, before being convinced to go against his principles which are often just preconceptions. It should be said that once convinced, he will taste your dish and 90% of the time will become an enthusiastic supporter, and what’s more, even sometimes claiming to be the inventor of it!
As is true with anyone who likes to eat, as a cook, Leo is often more than the discreet executor who truly believes in his own ideas on cooking and can convince, in that generous and provocative way, even with the most cantankerous guest. In other words, he believes he is a great chef and this is the first step in actually becoming one. But, aside from small defects, you can always count on the Leo generosity, the open-mindedness, fairness and enthusiasm. A guest who, regarding food and… has almost no equal among the signs of the zodiac.
The Leo doesn’t usually like cold drinks but has an almost morose love of deserts, anything sweet and, above all, honey, just about the sweetest and stickiest material ever to be produced in this glorious millennial gluttonous history.
